Teresa Salter, MD

Dr. Salter is a self-described "Army Brat".Her interesting career includes a stint in the Islands of Palau in the Peace Corps.

She is a graduate of Duke University. She completed medical school and did her pediatric residency at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. She was the first woman doctor in Cary and founded Triangle Pediatrics in 1980.
