Leigh Ellen Freeman, P.A.

A North Carolina native, Leigh has enjoyed living in this state from the east coast to the western mountains. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-professional Biology. In 2007, she graduated from Wake Forest School of Medicine’s Physician Assistant program. Since acquiring her degree, she has worked extensively in both pediatrics and family medicine. She enjoys exercising and spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.

She is accredited by the American Academy of Physician Assistants the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and the Triangle Association of Physician Assistants.
